RP Pace: Fast if I can manage it. I work 7:30AM-3:15PM on weekdays, but I'm open pretty much any other time.
RP Style: I prefer prose, but I'll do action or text tags as well! I don't have my DWtools handy anymore, but I can manage pretty fast.
Backtagging: I will backtag until I die, let me be honest. I rarely ever drop threads without making some sort of plan about wrapping them up.
RP preferences: Give me eeeeeeeverything. I love all CR, though I am a big OOC communicator if our IC CR is going negatively. I do have mild anxiety co-morbid with clinical depression, so I like making sure it's genuinely not me.
Language style: Casual? I teach middle school for a living, I'm more casual than not out of work.
How do you feel about underage, xeno/non-human or other unusual characters?: Bring it. G will not have sex with underage characters but he's down for a lot of unusual.

The Safe Parts


Full name: Originally, it would have been something like Troşahzade Bäg Ganymedes, following Turkic language rules for having his patronymic name and a title in his formal given name. But for obvious reasons he only goes by Ganymede if he knows you well enough to give you any form of his real name. Most commonly he will go by Benjamin, or Ben.
Age: As far as he can reckon it, he is 6,738 years old, but he may be one or two years off, and he'll admit that if your character gets into that conversation with him. He appears in his early twenties.
Birthdate: He doesn't remember! For ease, he considers January 1 his 'biirthday', though he doesn't celebrate it.
Zodiac sign: Aquarius duh

Height: 6'0"
Weight: 183 pounds
Build: Slender but muscular. He can lift his own bodyweight (and if you get him drunk enough he will show you how to handle an amphora).
Appearance: Tan skin, very long--waist to hip length--black hair, disconnected goatee, with faintly androgynous, delicate features. Plainly put he is a very pretty man.
Body hair: None to speak of above the waist, but he does have hair under his arms, a treasure trail below his navel, and sparse hair on his legs.
Scent: Somewhere between oud and vanilla. Earthy, warm, and sensual. He rarely wears perfume or cologne, and prefers incense.

Clothes: Moroccan boho with bright, jeweltoned colors.
Scars: Several long, raking scars spiraling up his right arm, from the heel of his palm to his bicep. These are talon scars from when Zeus abducted him in the form of a giant eagle, and they will never fade.
Piercings: Permanently, just earlobes, but he is open to more!

Current status: Dominant
Feelings on said status: Complicated. He is overwhelmingly a bottom in bed, and not usually very bossy about it. But he's definitely not willing to be a Submissive either.
Residence: Floor 2 in the provided housing in the Up.
Occupation: none yet. probably looking at bartending or escort service first.

Vices of choice: Drinking, sex, and the herbal soother or cannabis-alike of choice in whatever area he happens to be in.
Hygienic routine: He will bathe the important bits (hands, face, etc.) every single day, and when he feels dirty he will bathe all over. It almost never gets to a week without him bathing or showering.
Other daily habits: Hair care. He will take it down from whatever braids or arrangement he has it in, and brush it out every single day. He will oil it more frequently than wash it, and if he has worn sandals outdoors, he will at least cursorily wash his feet when he comes back into his own house.
Sleeping habits: He doesn't sleep for very long at a stretch, given he has recurring nightmares. He's also a fairly light seeper unless he's put it off for long enough to crash.
